📍 Location: Kalyan Dombivli, Maharashtra, India

💰 Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month

Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong numerical skills who can independently manage accounting, costing and MIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting & bookkeeping in Tally / Tally Prime
- GST accounting and reconciliation support
- Prepare SKU-wise costing, COGS & profitability
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports
- Advanced Excel-based analysis and reporting
- Bank, customer & vendor ledger reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Vendor registration, KYC & documentation
- Invoice, payment and outstanding tracking
- Professional email communication with vendors and customers
- Coordinate with CA / consultants when required
Requirements
- B.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred
- 2–5 years relevant experience
- Strong mathematical & numerical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Tally + Advanced Excel + GST
- Good understanding of costing and MIS
- Strong English communication & email-writing skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- FMCG / Food / Manufacturing / E-commerce experience is a plus
