🚨 WE ARE HIRING | ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE 🚨
DAZOR Construction & Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Gurugram.
📍 Location: Sector 69, Gurugram
💼 Employment: Full-Time
🕐 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
🔹 About DAZOR Construction & Interiors
DAZOR Construction & Interiors is a growing turnkey interior and construction company specializing in residential, commercial, office, retail, renovation, and customized interior solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
- Handle billing, invoice entries, and payment tracking
- Manage accounting entries in Tally ERP
- Prepare daily and monthly expense reports
- Maintain vendor payment records and petty cash
- Provide basic support for GST and accounting documentation
- Maintain and update Excel sheets and MIS reports
- Track receivables, payments, and outstanding amounts
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment and accounting matters
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
- Support management with routine accounting and reporting requirements
🔹 Required Skills
✅ Basic to good knowledge of Tally ERP
✅ Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word
✅ Basic understanding of GST and invoicing
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Good communication and coordination skills
✅ Ability to maintain records and meet deadlines
✅ Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / Commerce background preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping preferred
- Experience with Tally, invoicing, GST and Excel will be an advantage
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals and Tally knowledge may also apply
- Candidates who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities will be preferred
