📢 We’re Hiring | Academic Quality Coordinator
The Institute of Health & Management (IHM) is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Academic Quality Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a higher education professional with experience in academic quality assurance, curriculum/course development, compliance, accreditation, and educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate academic quality assurance processes and institutional effectiveness initiatives
• Support new course development, course reviews, and accreditation processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant higher education regulatory and accreditation standards
• Coordinate accreditation and benchmarking activities and maintain quality assurance data
• Monitor policies and procedures for alignment with applicable regulatory frameworks
• Conduct audits of learning resources within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Collaborate with academic teams, management, and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to academic quality and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualification : Master of Nursing
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Nurse
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment practices, academic quality assurance, or educational compliance is desirable
• Awareness of regulatory and accreditation requirements, including ASQA and ISO standards
• Strong Microsoft Office and documentation skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
• High levels of professional integrity, resilience, and attention to detail
