Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Inspector role based in Gurugram. The Quality Control Inspector will perform routine inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications, drawings, and industry standards. Responsibilities include using measurement tools, documenting inspection results, reporting non-conformities, and working with production and quality teams to resolve issues. The role involves maintaining inspection records, supporting internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes. The inspector will also help ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures on the shop floor and support training on quality standards as required.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Inspection skills for metal components, assemblies, and finished products.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills to support process improvements and compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams.
- Experience with mechanical measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and reading technical drawings or engineering specifications.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to metal framing, fabrication, or cable management systems is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to follow standardized procedures and safety guidelines.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; prior experience in a quality-focused role in manufacturing is preferred.
