Hiring Alert!!
In office, Indore | Inside Sales roles
We are looking for sales people who can listen first, ask the right questions, and then sell. Not
someone who reads a script and pushes a product.
This is not a telecalling or lead-dialing job. We need people who can understand what a customer is
struggling with and connect it to a solution that actually helps them.
What will you do?
1. Handle inside sales conversations with prospects and customers
2. Ask smart, probing questions to uncover the real pain point, not just the stated one
3. Listen carefully and position the solution around what the customer needs
4. Follow up consistently and move deals forward without waiting to be chased
5. Own your targets and your pipeline
6. Share honest customer insights with the team so we can improve how we sell
What background should you have?
1. Experience in inside sales, business development, or a customer-facing sales role
2. Comfortable with calls and video conversations with prospects
3. Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and natural)
4. Experience owning targets is a plus
5. Freshers with a strong sales attitude can apply too, if you can show us you can think and talk
well
What traits should you have?
1. You listen more than you talk
2. You are curious and ask good questions
3. You can handle rejection and keep going
4. You can tell the difference between “I made 50 calls” and “I had 5 meaningful
conversations”
5. You are persuasive without being pushy
6. You like ownership, targets and a fast-moving environment
7. You are comfortable learning new tools, including AI tools
Why should you apply?
1. Real ownership of your numbers and your growth
2. You perform, you grow. Growth is not tied to age or seniority
3. Learn consultative selling, not just pitching
4. A supportive team that is great to work with
But don’t apply if you only want to read a script, make dial-and-drop calls, or avoid targets.
This is a role for people who enjoy conversations, solving problems and closing deals.
While applying, please share:
• Why you want this role
• Why you are a good fit for it
