Action DnA, an 18-year-old Soft Skills & Personality Development training organization in Coimbatore, is looking for a confident and passionate Academic Counsellor & Soft Skills Trainer.
The role combines student counselling, enquiry handling, coordination and professional training development.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries, counselling and follow-ups
- Coordinate admissions, batches and training schedules
- Support college and corporate training programs
- Assist senior trainers and gradually conduct training sessions
- Participate in in-house Soft Skills & Train-the-Trainer development
- Support learner engagement and training activities
What We're Looking For
- Any Graduate / Engineer / MBA
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Excellent English and Tamil communication
- Good presentation, interpersonal and counselling skills
- Confident personality with a willingness to learn
- Experience in training, teaching, counselling or sales is an advantage
Career Path:
Academic Counsellor → Training Coordinator → Trainer Trainee → Soft Skills Trainer → Senior Trainer
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + incentives, based on skills and experience.
