About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and target-driven Academic Counsellor to help aspiring learners choose the right educational programs. If you have a proven track record in EdTech B2C sales and enjoy guiding students toward their career goals, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners via phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Handle end-to-end admission counselling and course sales.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners through timely follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Mandatory: 1–1.5 years of experience in the EdTech industry.
- Hands-on experience in B2C sales and selling online educational courses/programs.
- Excellent communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about helping learners make informed career decisions.
