💼 Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
* Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
* Handle student queries professionally through calls and other communication channels.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
* Achieve counselling and admission targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
