* CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (Based on interview performance)
🕒 Working Days & Shift
* 6 Days Working
* Shift Timings:
* 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
* 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(Shift allocation depends on business requirements.)
🎓 Eligibility
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and counselling skills.
* Ability to guide prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
✅ Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
✅ Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
✅ Handle student queries professionally via calls and other communication channels.
✅ Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
✅ Achieve counselling and admission targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
