O3 Technology Solutions LLC is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team in Hyderabad.
If you have experience in bringing H-1B transfer candidates and building a strong pipeline of consultants, we'd love to hear from you!
📍 Location:
Hyderabad (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify H-1B transfer candidates across various technologies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified consultants.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and candidates throughout the H-1B transfer process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants.
- Meet consultant acquisition and business targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Experience in US IT Recruitment, Bench Sales, or Business Development.
✔ Strong understanding of the H-1B Transfer process.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
