🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Counsel students and parents regarding aviation & hospitality courses
* Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
* Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses
* Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions
* Maintain regular communication with leads
* Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets
* Maintain student and lead records
👤 Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident personality with a professional approach
* Good convincing and counselling skills
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
* Experience in education counselling, sales, or admissions will be an advantage
* Strong Hindi & English communication skills preferred
