We are looking for a Zuora Architect to own and enhance our Zuora billing platform.
What we need:
- 5+ years of hands-on Zuora experience
- Strong knowledge of Zuora Billing / Payments / Subscriptions
- Solid experience with Zuora Admin setup
- Zuora APIs + ZOQL
- Zuora workflow, invoice templates, orders
- Production support experience: troubleshooting, reconciliations/month-end, and performance improvements
- Experience with deployment automation / DevOps for Zuora
- Integrations experience with at least some of: Salesforce, Payment gateways, Tax systems, Ecommerce platforms, Data/analytics platforms
