ROLE SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Management professional to lead PMO governance, project controls, and execution oversight across residential, retail fit-out, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, warehousing, and EPC projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong architectural and construction management background, proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards across dynamic environments in India and internationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Establish and manage PMO frameworks and governance structures across multiple active projects, introducing structured review systems, action-tracking mechanisms, and executive reporting to improve visibility and accountability.
• Act as the key liaison between leadership, Project Managers, Planning, Procurement, Billing, and Site Execution teams, facilitating executive reviews and driving cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor execution and governance of large-value projects (₹100 Cr+), conducting delay analysis, risk assessments, bottleneck identification, and recovery planning.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project / Primavera P6; introduce planned-vs-actual monitoring, weekly reviews, and escalation frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including site coordination, design development, BOQ preparation, tender documentation, contractor management, and procurement planning.
• Facilitate Management Action Meetings (MAMs) and leadership reviews to drive accountability, stakeholder alignment, and timely decision-making.
• Manage vendor onboarding, contractor negotiations, material planning, and quality inspections to maintain delivery standards across concurrent projects.
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives through workflow diagnostics across fabrication, installation, and site operations.
• Support digital transformation through performance dashboards, tracking tools, and real-time reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, App Sheet) to enhance operational visibility.
• Streamline billing cycles, cash-flow monitoring, and financial tracking to maintain healthy project margins.
• Lead cross-functional teams of 10–25+ members, ensuring seamless delivery from concept through handover.

• Excellent verbal and written communication for executive-level reporting

QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or Management Consulting preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, PMO, or consulting roles
• Demonstrated experience across multiple project types: residential, retail fit-out, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, or warehousing
• Experience working across geographies (India and/or UK) is a plus
