Zoho Developer:
We are looking for a Zoho Developer who can understand business requirements, translate them into scalable Zoho solutions, and develop/customize applications across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Deluge, REST APIs, and Zoho integrations, along with a good understanding of business processes and automation.

Roles & Responsibility:
- Understand business processes, workflows, and requirements to design effective Zoho-based solutions.
- Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, Analytics, Survey, SalesIQ, Social, Campaigns, and other Zoho applications.
- Develop and maintain Deluge scripts for workflows, custom functions, blueprints, validation rules, and scheduled jobs.
- Build process automations and customized solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Develop and customize solutions using Zoho Catalyst where required.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and ensure the reliability and scalability of Zoho solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, custom functions, integrations, and workflows..
Qualifications & Skill include:
- Strong 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator/Deluge development.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho automation capabilities.
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, Analytics, Survey, SalesIQ, Social, and Campaigns.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Zoho Catalyst is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
