Position: MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with the ability to build efficient, high-performance, and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Design and implement scalable frontend and backend solutions.
- Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB databases, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience working with MongoDB, database design, and optimization.
- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Good understanding of frontend state management (Redux/Context API or similar).
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience working with third-party APIs and integrations.
