WE ARE HIRING | HEAD – YOUTUBE & SOCIAL MEDIA

Rajshri Entertainment is looking for an experienced digital media leader to drive the strategy, growth and operations of our YouTube and social media network.
IMPORTANT: This is a Head-level leadership role. Candidates without proven team-leading experience and strong YouTube CMS expertise will not be considered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- YouTube Growth: Drive views, watch time, subscribers, engagement and revenue.
- CMS & Monetisation: Oversee YouTube CMS, Content ID, copyright management, claims and channel health.
- YouTube SPOC: Manage platform relationships, coordination and escalations.
- Social Media Strategy: Lead content planning and growth across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X and other platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, identify growth opportunities and present insights to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and manage the digital team to achieve business objectives.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?- 8+ years of relevant experience in YouTube, Digital Media, Social Media or Entertainment.
- Mandatory: Proven team management and leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in YouTube CMS, Content ID and monetisation.
- Experience managing YouTube platform relationships as a SPOC.
- Demonstrated success in channel growth and digital content strategy.
- Media, Entertainment, Music, OTT or Broadcasting experience preferred.
