Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive YouTube Creator Acquisition, Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships Executive – Fresher/Intern to help expand the creator ecosystem across LYKSTAGE and Social Gear.
This role is not limited to creator onboarding. You will be involved in creator acquisition, influencer outreach, creator relationship building, brand–creator partnerships, and creator onboarding across our platforms.
You will identify relevant YouTubers, influencers and digital creators, approach them, introduce them to LYKSTAGE and Social Gear, build relationships, and help creators become active on our platforms.
You will also work with the Social Gear Creator Console, helping creators understand how they can use the platform to participate in influencer marketing and connect with potential brand opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who follows the creator economy closely and wants hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Creator Acquisition and Digital Media.
What You Will Be Doing
Creator Acquisition & Outreach
* Research and identify relevant YouTube creators, influencers and digital creators across different content categories, languages, audience segments and markets.
* Build and continuously expand a database of relevant creators.
* Identify creators who could be relevant for LYKSTAGE as well as for brand–creator campaigns through Social Gear.
* Reach out to creators through email, social media, phone, WhatsApp and other relevant channels.
* Introduce LYKSTAGE, Social Gear and their respective creator opportunities in a clear and compelling manner.
* Build relationships with creators rather than simply conducting one-time outreach.
* Follow up consistently with interested and qualified creators.
Influencer Marketing & Creator Brand Partnerships
* Develop an understanding of how brands, agencies and creators work together through influencer marketing.
* Identify creators who may be suitable for specific brand campaigns.
* Help maintain creator profiles and information relevant to potential brand partnerships.
* Support the team in identifying creator opportunities based on content category, audience, language, geography and other campaign requirements.
* Assist with creator–brand campaign outreach and coordination.
* Communicate with creators regarding campaign opportunities and requirements.
* Help build a strong and continuously growing creator partnership network for Social Gear.
* Learn how influencer campaigns are sourced, matched, executed and managed.
LYKSTAGE Creator Onboarding
* Explain the LYKSTAGE platform, its features and creator benefits to prospective creators.
* Assist creators with account creation and channel setup.
* Support creator verification and onboarding.
* Help creators upload their initial content.
* Encourage newly onboarded creators to become active and consistently upload content.
* Answer basic creator questions and coordinate with internal product and operations teams when required.
* Track creator onboarding, activation and content-upload status.
Social Gear Creator Console
* Assist creators with onboarding to the Social Gear Creator Console.
* Help creators understand how the Creator Console works and how they can make their profiles more discoverable for brand opportunities.
* Ensure creator information, profiles and relevant content details are properly maintained.
* Help creators understand the opportunity to participate in influencer marketing and brand campaigns through Social Gear.
* Maintain accurate creator databases and onboarding records.
* Support the team in building a high-quality creator network that can be leveraged for brand campaigns.

* Ability to identify relevant creators rather than simply collecting large numbers of profiles.
* Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to maintain Excel/Google Sheets and creator outreach trackers.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Self-motivation and a target-oriented approach.
* Willingness to learn and take ownership.
A strong advantage if you have:

* Internship or project experience with an influencer marketing agency, digital media company, advertising agency or creator-focused business.
* Your own experience creating content or actively managing a YouTube/social media channel.
We value practical exposure and genuine familiarity with the creator ecosystem, even if it comes from internships, college projects, freelance work or personal initiatives.
