Job Description:
This is a Contractual Hybrid role for an Educational Psychologist at Infiheal. The Educational Psychologist will design, review, and refine psychoeducational content and self-work pathways for Healo and other digital products, ensuring they are evidence-based, accessible, and culturally sensitive. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments for diverse learner and user groups, developing interventions to support emotional regulation, resilience, and learning outcomes, and collaborating with product, content, and clinical teams to integrate educational psychology principles into digital experiences.
As a Counselling Psychologist, you will deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, conduct assessments, and provide ongoing support to individuals seeking mental health care. You will play a key role in shaping our digital services and ensuring ethical, patient-centered care.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide individualized counselling sessions.
- Deliver therapy through online platforms (video, chat, or telehealth).
- Develop tailored treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to integrate psychological insights into services.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards.
- Contribute to awareness campaigns, workshops, and mental health education initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of counselling experience (online or offline).
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, etc.).
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
- Licensed/registered psychologist (as per regional regulations).
- Comfortable with digital platforms and telehealth practices.
- Strong foundation in Educational Psychology and Psychology, with the ability to apply theory to digital mental health interventions.
- Knowledge of Mental Health concepts, including assessment, risk identification, and evidence-based psychoeducational strategies.
- Experience in Education, such as curriculum design, learning pathways, or instructional design for diverse learner populations.
- Background in Special Education, including understanding of neurodiversity, learning differences, and inclusive educational practices.
