Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field; 5-7 years experience as licensed professional engineer, architect, contractor, superintendent, or building inspector with supervisory experience; 3+ years supervising technical staff; valid Virginia driver's license; Virginia certifications as Certified Building Official, Combination Building Plans Examiner, and Amusement Device Inspector or ability to obtain within 12 months (36 for Amusement Device).
