High school diploma/GED plus 7 years technical experience in engineering, permitting, plan review, surveying, CAD, drafting, project management or related field, including 1 year enforcing Anchorage land use regulation; or Associate's degree plus 5 years; or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years. Valid Alaska driver's license and satisfactory background check required.
