Job Title: Workday HCM Architect
Experience: 12 - 20 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a Workday HCM Architect to lead the techno-functional support, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM applications. The role involves managing AMS activities, driving system enhancements, ensuring data integrity, supporting Workday releases, and collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient and compliant HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead techno-functional implementation and AMS support for Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Country Extensions.
- Review and validate Workday configurations in line with business and HR policies.
- Analyze change requests, assess business impact, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Resolve recurring system and business process issues to improve platform stability.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and business teams to prioritize enhancements and support releases.
- Support Workday release testing, feature validation, and adoption of new functionality.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with Payroll, Recruiting, and other downstream systems.
- Maintain configuration documentation and support governance processes.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and monitor AMS KPIs such as SLA compliance, incident management, and backlog closure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- 12–15+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in Workday HCM implementation and AMS support.
