🚀 We're Hiring | Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant | Remote – India
We're growing our Workday practice and looking for a hands-on Adaptive Planning consultant who can join us at short notice.
📍 Location: Remote (India — anywhere)
💼 Experience: 2–3+ years relevant Workday Adaptive Planning experience
⏱️ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days — immediate joiners strongly preferred
🕒 Overlap: Some overlap with European hours required
What you'll do
▪️ Build and maintain models, sheets, formulas and dimensions in Workday Adaptive Planning
▪️ Configure and support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning cycles
▪️ Design dashboards, reports and OfficeConnect outputs for finance stakeholders
▪️ Build and troubleshoot integrations between Adaptive and Workday HCM/Financials or third-party ERP sources
▪️ Support UAT, data validation, cutover and hypercare through go-live
Must-have skills
✅ 2–3+ years hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning (configuration, not just end-user)
✅ Strong modelling skills — sheets, formulas, dimensions, levels, allocations
✅ Reporting & dashboards, including OfficeConnect
✅ Integration experience (Data Designer / CloudDataLoader / API-based loads)
✅ Solid grasp of FP&A concepts — budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
✅ Clear written and spoken English; comfortable working directly with client finance teams
Nice to have
▪️ Workday Adaptive Planning certification
▪️ Exposure to Workday HCM or Financials
▪️ Prior consulting or partner-side delivery experience
