🚀 We're Hiring: Marketing & Sales Specialist (B2B Lead Generation)
📍 Work from Home | Pune
Hirea4u is growing, and we're looking for someone who can turn LinkedIn and email into a steady pipeline of B2B clients for our IT staffing, recruitment, training, and psychometric assessment services.
What you'll do
- Identify and research target companies and decision-makers (HR heads, TA leads, CTOs, founders)
- Run outbound LinkedIn campaigns — connection requests, InMail, and personalised messaging
- Build and execute cold email sequences that get replies, not unsubscribes
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the founder/sales team
- Maintain the lead pipeline in a CRM/tracker and report weekly on outreach, response, and conversion metrics
- Create short, sharp marketing content for LinkedIn (posts, carousels, case studies)
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or marketing (staffing/IT services experience is a plus)
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Strong written English — you can write a 3-line email that gets a meeting
- Comfortable with targets and data-driven follow-up
- Self-starter who can own a channel end to end
