About the Role
We are looking for a Gen AI Creative Executive who is passionate about creativity, visual storytelling, and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will use Generative AI tools to create innovative visuals, videos, concepts, campaigns, and creative assets for brands and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality AI-generated images, videos, graphics, and creative concepts for marketing and social media campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into compelling AI-generated content.
- Use AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, DALL·E, Runway, Kling, Leonardo AI or similar platforms.
- Write and optimise detailed AI prompts to achieve desired visual and creative outputs.
- Experiment with new AI tools, workflows, styles, and creative techniques.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, marketing teams, and clients.
- Create social media creatives, campaign visuals, product mock-ups, storyboards, reels, short-form videos, and presentations.
- Edit and enhance AI-generated outputs using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent software.
- Ensure that all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in Generative AI, AI video, image generation, and creative automation.
- Maintain organised libraries of prompts, references, assets, and successful AI workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and AI-assisted creative production.
- Excellent prompt-writing and prompt-engineering skills.
- Good visual sense, creativity, composition, typography, and storytelling ability.
- Knowledge of image and video editing tools.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visual concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Advertising, Film, Media, or a related field.
- Experience creating commercial content using Generative AI tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated creatives, videos, campaigns, or experimental work will be highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
