About The Role
Ri8 Solution Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, particularly focusing on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with hands-on experience leading enterprise-level Salesforce projects. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers and consultants, ensuring best practices are followed, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. Your expertise will help shape the architecture of our Salesforce implementations, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and expertise in the platform. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture is essential, with a proven track record of leading successful enterprise implementations. Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and other related technologies will be advantageous. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with client needs.
- Define and establish scalable architecture frameworks and best practices to optimize system performance and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and consultants, mentoring them through complex technical challenges and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Participate actively in solution design sessions, code reviews, and hands-on development activities to maintain high standards of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
- Review user stories, estimate effort, and plan sprints effectively to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support quality assurance activities, including defect resolution and testing, to guarantee the delivery of defect-free solutions.
- Create, update, and maintain detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs for future reference and compliance.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
