About The Role
Ri8 Solution Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team remotely from India. This full-time position is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, particularly in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next. As a hands-on technical leader, you will be responsible for designing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, guiding a team of developers and consultants, and actively participating in solution development and implementation. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality enterprise-level Salesforce projects that align with clients' strategic objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications are highly preferred, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to Salesforce best practices.
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and implementation.
- Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects and teams in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next solutions to meet client requirements.
- Define scalable and maintainable architecture frameworks, establishing technical standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Participate actively in solution design sessions, code reviews, and hands-on development activities to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to deliver integrated Salesforce solutions.
- Review user stories, estimate effort, and ensure timely delivery of features within Agile/Scrum cycles.
- Support quality assurance activities by assisting in testing, defect resolution, and release planning to ensure seamless deployments.
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs and best practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
