The Reliability & Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of solar and wind assets across the portfolio. This role focuses on developing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, reducing forced outages, improving MTBF, lowering O&M costs, and driving continuous improvement in asset performance throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Reliability Engineering & Asset Performance
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies for solar PV plants, wind farms, substations, and associated BOS equipment.
Maintenance Strategy & Planning
· Lead the development of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance plans for wind turbines, inverters, trackers, transformers, and SCADA systems.

Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement
· Conduct and lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for recurring and critical failures.

Vendor, OEM & Cross-Functional Coordination
· Act as technical interface with OEMs for turbines, inverters, trackers, and SCADA systems.
· Support contract performance management for O&M service providers and vendors.
· Collaborate with Engineering, Asset Management, HSE, and Commercial teams
