Key Responsibilities:
• Lead & scale the Business Development and Pre-Sales team
• Drive enterprise B2B sales & new business acquisition
• Develop relationships with MEPF consultants, EPCs, infrastructure developers & industrial contractors
• Drive opportunities in Data Centres, MEP & large-scale infrastructure projects
• Lead strategic negotiations and value-based solution selling
Ideal Candidate:
✔ B.E./B.Tech or MBA/PGDM
✔ 8–12+ years in B2B Sales / Business Development / Technical Sales
✔ 3+ years of team leadership experience
✔ Strong exposure to MEPF / EPC / HVAC / Construction / Engineering sectors
✔ Strong commercial & strategic mindset
