Account Manager – Influencer Marketing
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage influencer marketing campaigns, build strong client relationships, and ensure seamless campaign execution from brief to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client briefs and develop relevant influencer marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with relevant influencers and creators.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal creative, influencer, and operations teams.
- Lead client calls, presentations, campaign updates, and reporting.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with key insights.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and new campaigns.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, creators, platforms, and digital culture.
Requirements & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Client Servicing, preferably within an agency.
- Strong understanding of influencer campaigns and social media platforms.
- Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong influencer/creator coordination and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and campaign reporting tools.
- Experience handling lifestyle, fashion, beauty, F&B, hospitality, or consumer brands is preferred.
