Position: Senior Software Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100 - $150/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI model's ability to solve complex software engineering workflows.
- Develop reproducible RL environments with golden reference solutions.
- Utilize common CLI tools such as git, docker, gdb, asan, and ffmpeg.
- Contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C++, Python, JAVA, GoLang, Typescript, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
- Experience in debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable solutions.
- Strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
- Proven ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
