Position: Senior Software Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100 - $150/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI model capabilities in solving complex software engineering problems.
- Fix bugs, implement features, refactor code, and optimize performance using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.
- Design reproducible environments and deterministic verification for accurate measurement of MCP tool use.
- Develop golden reference solutions to assess software engineering ability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable and scalable software solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C++, Python, JAVA, GoLang, Typescript, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated experience in debugging complex software issues.
- Strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
- Proven ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
