Role Description The Procurement Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and processing of purchase orders for products and services. This full-time, on-site role, based in Mumbai, involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets. The role includes tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting continuous improvement of procurement processes. The Procurement Executive will also analyze purchasing data, contribute to cost optimization initiatives, and assist in building strong supplier relationships to support Genie Bazaar’s operational goals.
Experience:
2 - 3 years of experience in purchase and vendor negotiations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management to handle end-to-end procurement activities effectively.
- Candidates should be proficient in managing Purchase Orders and related documentation to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid Analytical Skills to review purchasing data, identify trends, and support cost-saving decisions.
- Candidates should have effective Communication skills to collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations within real estate, facility management, or similar sectors is beneficial.
- Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools, is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical standards in vendor and purchasing relationships.
