Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee life cycle processes, and HR documentation. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment regulations. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and foster a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with NorthConti’s values. The role also includes coordinating recruitment activities, supporting learning and development initiatives, and maintaining HR systems and records. This is a full-time remote role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and proactive communication with leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including strategic HR planning and workforce support.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, such as onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices in people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Experience using HRIS or HR software tools, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a marketing, branding, or digital-focused organization is beneficial, along with an interest in growth-focused, innovative workplaces.
