ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can help us identify potential business clients and generate new project opportunities.
Your main responsibility will be to find businesses that may need software or digital solutions, approach them through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email or other suitable channels, understand their requirements, and bring qualified leads to Cruesoft Technologies.
Once a client is interested, you will coordinate with our team for further discussions and project requirements. Our technical team will handle the development and delivery of the project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and approach potential business clients
• Generate qualified leads and new project opportunities
• Contact businesses through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and other channels
• Understand basic client requirements and explain our services
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain good communication
• Coordinate with the internal team during the sales process
• Build long-term relationships with clients
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a related role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Basic understanding of websites, apps, software or digital solutions
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Experience in selling IT/software services will be an added advantage
FRESHERS
Candidates without experience may also be considered if they have strong communication skills, confidence and a genuine interest in sales and business development.
WORK MODEL
Remote / Work From Home / Hybrid
COMMISSION & EARNING
This is a commission-based opportunity. You will earn commission on successfully converted projects brought to Cruesoft Technologies.
Your earning will depend on the business and projects you successfully generate. The more successful projects you bring, the more you can earn.
