Avaali is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy intelligent machine learning solutions that power enterprise automation and digital transformation. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product teams, and business stakeholders to design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable AI/ML models across a variety of business use cases. You will play a key role in transforming research into production-ready AI solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for enterprise business applications.
- Research, evaluate, and prototype new machine learning algorithms, AI techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data transformation.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Build APIs, automation pipelines, and integration workflows to operationalize AI models within enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor production model performance and implement model retraining, optimization, and lifecycle management strategies.
- Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, and automated deployment.
- Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for performance, maintainability, scalability, and cloud-native deployment.
- Stay current with advancements in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging AI technologies, recommending improvements to existing solutions.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience developing and deploying Machine Learning or AI solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience working with SQL, Pandas, Apache Spark, and large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
- Experience deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and ML lifecycle management.
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, Computer Vision, or Time-Series Analytics is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Responsible AI, AI Governance, and Ethical AI practices is preferred.
