Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years in software/platform engineering with strong Python, REST APIs experience.
- 2-3 years of hands-on delivery in GenAI, Agentic AI, AI Copilots, or enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience building production-grade AI agents, RAG solutions, tool/function calling, guardrails, and AI evaluation.
- Hands-on with at least one Agentic AI framework: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience deploying private/local LLMs using Ollama, vLLM, Hugging Face, TGI, or similar.
- Experience with vector databases/search, Azure or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD.
- Strong production support, security, observability, architecture, and technical leadership experience.
Good to Have
- Banking or Financial Services experience.
- AI governance, model risk, and regulatory compliance exposure.
- Enterprise Copilot, hybrid cloud, GPU infrastructure, and LLMOps experience.
Role
- Design and operate secure, scalable enterprise AI platforms.
- Build Python services, Agentic AI solutions, multi-agent systems, Copilots, and RAG applications.
- Deploy and manage private/open-source LLM environments.
- Implement cloud/on-prem infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, security, and AI governance.
- Lead architecture and code reviews, mentor engineers, and support production platforms.
Ideal profile: A hands-on Lead AI Platform Engineer who has built and deployed enterprise AI agents and private LLM platforms—not just GenAI proofs of concept.
