Role: Director - IT Infrastructure and Operations
Location: Chennai, India
Notice Period: 60 days or lesser
Whom Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a visionary technology leader to define and execute our enterprise infrastructure, cloud strategy, and platform operations. You will be a great fit if you have:
- 17+ years of core experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, and network with 7+ years in senior leadership managing global technology teams.
- Deep expertise across AWS and Azure platforms, with a proven track record of driving large-scale cloud migrations and modernization initiatives.
- Strong hands-on mindset towards Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation-first practices, and self-service provisioning.
- Extensive experience in managing Site-Operations
- Expertise in managing 24/7 highly available, business-critical infrastructure, establishing SLAs/SLOs, and owning Incident & Problem Management.
- Strong leadership in Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) programs to guarantee service resiliency and security alignment.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled operations, predictive monitoring, automated remediation, and intelligent incident management.
- Proven capability in managing large enterprise infrastructure budgets, cloud cost optimization, and vendor/outsourcing partner management.
- High operational discipline with a customer-centric mindset to collaborate effectively with cross-functional leadership.
