Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our remote team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting strategic planning, and enabling data-driven decision-making across global operations.
What You’ll Do
- Build financial models, forecasts, and budgeting frameworks
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and growth metrics
- Prepare management reports and performance dashboards
- Conduct variance analysis and identify business trends
- Support strategic planning and expansion decisions
- Ensure accuracy in financial statements and reporting
- Assist in risk assessment and multi-region financial planning
- Collaborate remotely with leadership and cross-functional teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis / FP&A / Finance roles
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel (or similar tools) proficiency
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Understanding of financial reporting standards
- Ability to simplify complex financial data for decision-makers
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving environment
- Experience in startups or multi-regional companies is a plus
- CFA / CPA (or pursuing) is a bonus
