Key Responsibilities:
Operations
- Maintain inventory records.
- Track stock movement.
- Coordinate dispatches and logistics.
Administration
- Manage bills, payments, and documentation.
- Maintain digital and physical records.
Marketing & Sales
- Support lead generation activities.
- Maintain prospect databases and follow-up trackers.
Reporting
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams.
- Prepare weekly operational reports.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks on time.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic inventory and documentation management.
- Professional email drafting.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (B.A., B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in operations, administration, office management, or sales coordination.
Candidate from Greater Noida/Noida preferred.
