Role Description The Pytha Designer will work on-site in Tardeo in a full-time capacity, creating detailed 3D designs and technical drawings using Pytha software. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting architectural and client requirements, developing accurate layouts, and producing production-ready drawings and material lists. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams to clarify specifications, resolve design issues, and ensure feasibility of designs. The Pytha Designer will review and revise drawings based on feedback, maintain organized design files, and support quality control by verifying dimensions and compliance with standards. The individual will also contribute to improving design processes and may assist with estimating, documentation, and presentation materials as required.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with Pytha or similar 3D CAD/design software, including experience creating detailed models and production drawings.
- Solid understanding of technical drawing standards, dimensioning, and materials, preferably in interior, furniture, or architectural design.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, client briefs, and technical specifications and translate them into accurate designs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project managers, engineers, and production teams on-site.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in design, architecture, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in a similar Pytha Designer or CAD Designer role is an advantage.
- Willingness to work full time on-site in Tardeo and adhere to company safety, quality, and documentation procedures.
