Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Assist in campaign planning, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Track key marketing metrics using analytics and advertising platforms.
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Support the management of campaign budgets while ensuring efficient spend and performance.
Good to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C, e-commerce, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or other consumer brands.
- Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and marketing analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools.
- Experience with monthly ad budgets of ₹10–30 lakhs is an advantage.
