About the Role
We’re looking for an Ads Associate who is interested in performance marketing and enjoys working with data, testing creatives, and optimising campaigns to drive real results.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA & ROAS
- Conduct audience and creative testing
- Track performance and prepare reports
- Optimise campaigns based on performance data
- Research competitors, audiences and market trends
- Support campaign scaling and budget optimisation
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams
What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 years of experience in performance marketing / paid advertising
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics
- Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising
- Willingness to learn, experiment and adapt quickly
