- Proven experience as a Full Stack Tech lead.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React are plus.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with AI development tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Devin, Claude Code, Windsurf, Amazon Q.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, skills.
- Development of scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular/React.
- Define and enforce best practices across the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Integrate AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Amazon Q, Devin, Claude Code,) to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of applications.
- Mentor development teams and teach new ways of working with AI powered tools
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
