About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Developer to build and optimize high-performance, low-latency , trading applications. The role involves working closely with traders and quantitative researchers to develop scalable trading systems and exchange connectivity solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain low-latency trading applications using Modern C++ (C++17/C++20). Build and optimize market data, order management, and execution systems. Develop multithreaded, high-performance applications on Linux. Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with traders, quants, and technology teams. Review code, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers. Required Skills 5+ years of C++ development experience. Strong knowledge of Modern C++, Data Structures, Algorithms, STL, and OOP. Experience with Linux, Multithreading, TCP/IP, and Socket Programming. Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Git. Preferred Skills Experience in Algorithmic Trading, Proprietary Trading, or HFT. Knowledge of FIX Protocol, market data feeds, and low-latency system design. Familiarity with Boost, IPC, shared memory, and Python is a plus. Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
