We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Assistant Designer with 3 6 years of professional experience to support the design team in developing innovative and high-quality design solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in creating design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, sketches, mood boards, and technical specifications.
- Develop creative designs in line with client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Modify and improve existing designs based on feedback.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, merchandising, and project management.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, project timelines, and budget requirements.
- Research industry trends, materials, colours, and design innovations.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and documentation.
- Maintain organized records of design files and project documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and provide design support when required.
