Role Description The Inventory Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Inventory Lead will oversee daily physical inventory checks, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain optimal inventory levels across assigned locations. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring inventory control procedures, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations. The role also involves preparing inventory reports, managing product movements, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Inventory Lead will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing clear communication and customer-focused support to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Inventory and Inventory Management to handle daily stock tracking and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Inventory Control to set up and follow processes that reduce errors and losses.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with teams and support internal and external stakeholders.
- 3–6 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or operations roles, preferably in tech-enabled or fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work on-site with operational teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
