Role Description The Inventory Lead (3–7 years) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory operations related to community and asset management. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and monitoring physical inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, and implementing inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and losses. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and society stakeholders to maintain adequate inventory levels and timely replenishment of materials and assets. The Inventory Lead will also analyze usage patterns, prepare regular inventory reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. This position requires active collaboration with customer-facing teams to support smooth implementation of inventory solutions and high levels of resident and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Inventory and Inventory Management to handle day-to-day stock tracking and reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess experience in Inventory Control practices to maintain accurate records, manage discrepancies, and support audit readiness.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams, society stakeholders, and vendors.
- 3–7 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, operations, or supply chain roles, preferably in tech-enabled or property management environments.
- Proficiency in using inventory or ERP software, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and aptitude for process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant certifications in inventory or logistics are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
