Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at Camu is a full-time, on-site role based in India. The person in this role will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, support workforce planning, and drive employee engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies, advising on employee relations issues, managing performance review processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The HR Business Partner will also support talent acquisition activities, onboarding, learning and development programs, and change management efforts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, regular reporting on HR metrics, and continuous process improvement are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to interpret and implement HR frameworks effectively.
- Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, counseling, and partnering with managers to foster a positive work culture.
- Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law relevant to India, with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated skills in Performance Management, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance review processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in a technology or education-focused organization.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at multiple levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
