What You'll Own
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision, architecture, and engineering strategy
- Lead the evolution of our AI-native platform and intelligent workflow ecosystem
- Drive AI, LLM, automation, recommendation, and workflow intelligence initiatives
- Design highly scalable, secure, cloud-native architecture
- Improve platform scalability, engineering velocity, reliability, and operational excellence
- Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams while helping attract exceptional technical talent
- Work closely with founders to shape both product strategy and technology roadmap
- Build engineering processes, quality standards, and a high-performance engineering culture
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
What We're Looking ForWe care far more about
capability, ownership, and execution than titles or years of experience.You may be a great fit if you have:
- Experience building or scaling SaaS platforms or enterprise software products
- Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation
- Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, and modern software engineering
- Strong product thinking with the ability to solve complex business problems through technology
- A hands-on approach and willingness to contribute across architecture, engineering, and product
- Experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams
- The ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Experience in AI applications, enterprise software, workflow automation, marketplaces, Talent Intelligence, recommendation systems, or platform businesses is highly desirable.
