About the Role
Gatipay Technologies is looking for an experienced, business-oriented Product Manager to lead the development of financing and credit products for India’s agri and trade ecosystem.
The role requires a strong understanding of financial products, customer needs and business ecosystems. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, financial institutions and internal teams to identify opportunities, design solutions and take products from concept to launch and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop financing and credit-linked products for participants across the trade and agri value chain.
- Engage with customers and ecosystem participants to understand financing requirements, business challenges and market opportunities.
- Work with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions to structure and develop financing solutions.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and product conceptualisation to launch, adoption and scale.
- Define product and business requirements and work closely with Technology, Credit, Operations and Compliance teams.
- Monitor product performance, customer adoption and business outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market and ecosystem analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders throughout the product development process.
Required Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in Product Management, Business Strategy, Business Development or related roles.
- Experience in fintech, BFSI, agri-business, agri-fintech, supply chain finance or trade finance.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and launching financial products.
- Experience working with banks, NBFCs or other financial institutions.
- Experience engaging with participants across agriculture or trade value chains will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Candidates with backgrounds in Agri-Business, Rural Management or General Management, combined with strong exposure to BFSI or financial services, are encouraged to apply.
